our”) is a bespoke luxury service provider based in Dubai, offering exceptional lifestyle, travel, and personal concierge solutions to discerning clients worldwide. Our philosophy is defined by discretion, precision, and unrivaled service standards.
These General Terms and Conditions (“
Terms”) govern our professional engagement with third-party service providers, vendors, banks, and payment platforms (each a “
Partner”) who are carefully selected to collaborate in delivering excellence to our clientele.
1. Our Philosophy and Standards1.1
Mission. To curate and facilitate unique, high-touch luxury experiences across travel, lifestyle, and personal services with absolute discretion and precision.

Vision. To become the region’s most trusted private concierge platform by aligning with elite service partners and upholding uncompromising standards.

Expectations. We only engage with partners who reflect our values: integrity, confidentiality, reliability, and impeccable delivery.
2. Our Core ServicesThe Partner acknowledges that Elite Access Concierge provides services including, but not limited to:
- Bespoke international travel and itinerary design
- VIP access to global events (sports, fashion, art, etc.)
- Luxury accommodation and private aviation
- Lifestyle facilitation (relocation, healthcare, education, legal)
- Personal shopping, reservations, and private requests

3. Engagement Principles3.1 These Terms apply to all commercial dealings between EAC and the Partner unless superseded by a duly executed agreement.
3.2 Partners must operate in accordance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including those issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Federal Tax Authority (FTA), Central Bank, and other competent authorities.
3.3 Partners are selected on an invitation-only basis. No rights of exclusivity or entitlement arise from these Terms unless expressly granted.
4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure4.1 Any information shared by EAC, including client data, service preferences, logistics, or commercial matters, is strictly confidential and must be safeguarded accordingly.
4.2 Confidentiality extends for a period of
five (5) years from the conclusion of the business relationship, and indefinitely in respect of client identities and proprietary know-how.
4.3 Partners may not refer to the relationship with EAC in any form of publicity, marketing, or public material without prior written consent.
5. Regulatory and Data Compliance5.1 If the Partner handles payment, identity, or personal data, it must comply with all applicable data protection frameworks, including:
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data
- PCI-DSS (for payment processors)
- Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) obligations
5.2 Any actual or suspected data breach must be reported to EAC within
12 hours, together with remedial action and full impact disclosure.
6. Payment and Invoicing6.1 Payment terms shall be defined in individual service orders or framework agreements. In the absence of specific terms, payment shall be made within
30 calendar days from the date of a valid invoice.
6.2 Invoices must reflect the agreed pricing, tax treatment, and applicable documentation, and reference the relevant service engagement.
6.3 No surcharge may be imposed for credit card or international payments unless pre-approved in writing by EAC.
7. Performance and Delivery7.1 Partners must perform services to standards that reflect the prestige of the EAC brand and clientele. This includes:
- Timeliness and reliability
- Discreet handling of client requests
- Real-time communication in case of delays, complications, or risks
7.2 Any failure to meet agreed service standards or timelines entitles EAC to suspend payment, terminate the engagement, or instruct substitution at the Partner’s cost.
8. Intellectual Property8.1 All logos, business processes, materials, documents, and content provided by EAC remain its intellectual property.
8.2 No license or right to use such materials is granted except as required for service delivery and with written approval.
9. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability9.1 The Partner shall indemnify and hold harmless EAC and its clients from all claims, losses, penalties, and legal costs arising from:
- Breach of contract, confidentiality, or law
- Service errors, negligence, or misconduct
- Reputational harm linked to the Partner's actions
9.2 EAC's total liability under these Terms, if any, shall be limited to the value of services paid to the Partner in the preceding 30 days.
10. Force MajeureNeither party shall be liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemic, natural disaster, governmental restrictions, or technology failure. In such cases, the parties shall endeavor to minimize impact and resume obligations promptly.
11. Termination11.1 EAC may terminate any relationship or engagement with immediate effect if:
- There is a material breach of these Terms;
- There is reputational or regulatory risk;
- Discretion, confidentiality, or delivery are compromised.
11.2 Partners may terminate with
30 days’ written notice, provided all active obligations are fulfilled.
12. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of the
United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

www.ea-concierge.com14. Final Provisions14.1 These Terms constitute the entire understanding between EAC and the Partner in respect of the matters herein and may only be amended in writing.
14.2 No waiver shall be deemed effective unless in writing.
14.3 If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
